300mm Bush Hammer Scratching Rollers For Bridge Saw

This 300mm bush hammer roller is an excellent tool to use on a CNC bridge cutter for creating a multi-line finish on the surface of granite, marble, and other stones.

We offer two different materials for scratching: tungsten carbide or PCDs. Compared with tungsten carbide, PCDs are better for scratching hard stones like granite and have a longer lifespan.

We can now offer two different standard bridge scrapers. One is used for creating 1.0 and 2.0mm scratching line, while the other is for 2.5mm and 5.0mm. Other scratching widths can also be customized according to your requirements.

There are two primary ways to get the most out of your 300mm bush hammer roller and make it the most cost-effective:

• Both the carbide and PCD cutting chips are a square shape, and each corner can be used alternately to greatly increase its lifespan.
• The spare part of the cutting head is supplied, so that you can reuse the blank roller.
